The importance of stretching throughout the day!

With some gyms closed and several people working from home, the COVID-19 pandemic has made it difficult for many people to get through their daily training. Sedentary behavior, including sitting for long periods of time, can contribute to adverse health effects, including something known as "sitting sickness."


Whether you're working in an office or from home, We suggest taking breaks every 30-45 minutes throughout the day for some simple stretches.



Our bodies can stiffen. You know, we're always in this hunched-over position when we're at our desks and working, so we really want to open our chest.


One way to do this is by simply doing a few simple shoulder rolls, so you simply bring them back and down.


Another really great activity you can do using a wall is to just walk up to the wall, put the back of your hands on the wall, and just slide your hands up and down smoothly.


Simply by placing your hands on the desk and stretching them, so that you move the bottom back and bring your arms forward.
